• I forget if this was in the book, does everyone stay away from trying to flip autoblogs (seem to sell on Flippa) and anything with a .info?

  • I avoid .info's as a rule (mainly due to their lack of percieved value on the market) and with autoblogs you are about 6 months too late IMO :)

    That's a different story. These sites will still sell for the regular income multiples on Flippa. I was mainly referring to startups, where I just ignore them altogether.
  • I recently just sold a .info that was on the first page of Google for almost 16 different keywords. It brought in about 4k unique views with in the first week (it was only live for a week).

    My total expenses = 1.07$ for domain & 1.00$ for hosting + Unique IP (coupon)

    Sold it for 800$.
