New member - can't see intro videos
  • Hi Guys and Gals. 
    I'm new here, and looking forward to going through the training emails. 

    I currently consult with small businesses to help them get found online (SEO / SEM / PPC / Social media). But I'm growing tired of having a bunch of bosses, all who want my time and a rosy picture after only a month. 

    I do have a question, and while I plan to look for the answer elsewhere in the forum, if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it. 
    I'm clicking the little Play Video buttons on the getting started videos, but nothing happens. 
    I've tried two different browsers, and even kept an eye out for a pop up blocker. 

    Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

    It looks like our ssl certificate expired and is causing the issue. We're working on getting it resolved now.

    Looks like the certificate issued by Geotrust is only valid if you don't use the www. in front of your website address.  Next time your certificate expires, I recommend getting a free one instead, geotrust is overpriced.  Check out https://www.startssl.com, their certificate works with and without the www. part of a website.

  • Hi Les. The ssl we got from geotrust was less than $10/year through namecheap so it's not too bad on price. I'll check out the one you mentioned. Sounds interesting. Thanks!
