Is .in a problem when flipping?
  • Hey guys I am looking on a site with a unique script at least it seems quite unique and the domain ends in .in will that be a problem when I am trying to flip it?

And no it doesn't have revenue, but I think the script itself will make it worthwile to flip right away

  • Yes, the domain being .in does decrease the value of the site.

But - since it hasn't got any revenue (and therefore traffic), why not just rename the site/script and use it on a .com domain?

Well I am on the lookout for a PR domain which would do for this kind of site.

But do you think it's necessary with PR?

Also I got two scripts I was actually interested in both. I got it for the same price as the first one I talked about, but without the domains.

So although one of the scripts is an article directory, but with revenue sharing :P
