First of all Happy New Year to the BASW community. Hope everyone had a good one and have big plans for yourself for 2014. I know I do. While I have quite a few courses on flipping websites, the Shiny New Object keeps me from ever selling one. I had a few info products that I listed on Flippa in 2012, but obviously that didn't sell. So I held on to them and now sadly they expired. 

Looking forward to learning more and having the first flip for 2014. It's ridiculously cold out right now, so stay warm folks!
